Zoltan, There small screws on the bottom edge which needs to be removed. Then you have to take the table off. Back seat does need to come out. IIRC, the seat latching posts and seat bolts run through the plastic panel as do the seat belts. The upper edge is just held by the lip. Once the panel is out, you will need to drill out the rivets if you want to take off that top edge.
