Happy thanksgiving, fellow Canadians! After two turkey dinners so far this weekend, thought we'd try something different, so we headed out to the lake (Spectacle Lake for the locals) and the kids got two nice rainbow trout for dinner! The kids & I also harvested the last of the apples, peppers, tomatoes and potatoes to round off a perfect home grown dinner.
