Long life is supposed to last 5 years but I dont trust their claims.

The safe answer is to change every 2 years.

Tom, does this include the new "long life" coolants? Of course, this does not apply to our vehicles, but some vehicle makers now say 5 years with those coolants, including vehicle maker branded coolants.
