First off when I go to the Vanagon site I cannot seem to find the forums
link!?






I am having an issue where the overheat/low water lamp stays lit after
starting the van. I need to tell you guys I have a Subaru engine in it. The
odd thing is if I turn the engine off and on, off and on, until it "slow"
starts, then the light will go off.Kinda odd huh? I believe but am not sure
that since the Subaru engine has its own dedicated Water temp gauge that I
can rule out any hockus pokus there. The sensor in the reservoir and those
leads are being replaced to make sure they are sound and I will see if the
problem continues. But short of waiting for that I thought I would put it
out there to you folks.






Any Ideas?
