You've seen the JDM imports driving around Vancouver haven't you?
There are definite pros and cons with delicas etc, but its an option.

What it is doing is having great difficulty starting and when driven

city (stop and go traffic) it begins to surge and then cough after
about 20

hello Pat with the CIS system it wont have the vannie problem.
the CIS
wasn't a really great system, when it was right it worked good, I
noticed
no mention of the warm up regulator. Has a fuel pressure gage been
set up
on it and left over nite?? this system should hold pressure at about
35 psi
over nite. runs at about 65 psi , the CSI system is a PITA to trouble
shoot and some parts are NLA . I much rather have digi systems . later
