Thanks for posting what difference that made. My plug wires were new at time of swap, but lead from coil pack to dizzy may be too close to temp sensor wires causing an "intermittent short to ground". I replaced the wires from sensor plug but didn't wrap with tape. Just a corrugated cover. The rest of the harness is wrapped. Someone else here mentioned plug wires a while back, but I wasn't clear on the "how/why".

For many thousands of KM's, I checked the engine bay every morning while in camp. Glad I did. Caught these 2 potential issues: (pics): coolant hose shifted toward driveshaft (went over BIG bump) *http://tinyurl.com/2e7sstt *Plug wire rubbing on upper coolant hose: *http://tinyurl.com/2ejm7av*

My swap is not "standard" like yours hence my frequent inspections. Still, I'd suggest that to anyone who's done a swap.
