Subject: New England Body Shop Recommendation
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

Hello fellow Vanagonuts... My ship, as they say, has come in. I now have some extra $$$ to get the bodywork fixed and have my 87 Westy completely re-painted. Briefly, it has the typical (for New England) rust line on the driver's side rocker panel as well as the usual seam rust and dings and dents. The previous owner had a couple of dents fixed on the sliding door, but the body shop decided to repaint the entire passenger's side, but neglected to prep the original painted surface. So I have a bit of a peeling problem. So its time to send it off to become "beautiful" again. Does anyone have any recommendations for a competent body shop in New England that does great work on Vanagons? Let me know. Thanks. Ric 87 Westy
