I think you're gonna be embarrassed a little. Isn't this the main plug that goes onto the instrument cluster ..aka T14 ?

how many MB or KB is that pic ? .. took a loooonnnnggg time to load on my pc ..though I don't have the world's fastest connection.

This is not marked and I don't see it on my list: http://www.feddishbasses.com/vw/plug.html It seems to want to go around the vent/heater controls somewhere but I don't see a slot.
