hhhmm.

Thanks for everyones suggestions. So I've got estimates from 3 hours to 2 years. :) That narrow it down. hahahaha OK,, I'm too tired from doing leaf cleanup for the last 8 hours so I'm not going to start it tonight. I'll review Ben's page I have saved somewhere and think about maybe starting tomorrow. It's my "half" daily driver so I don't have to have it operational on Monday if I do start tomorrow, I have an EV non-camper too.

Time for a beer and some reading.

I saw it take someone here in western PA 2 years. Mind you, he was an idiot..... but it took him two years none the less.

I think 2 days is a better estimate Bryan. Don't open the system up untill you have everything you may need to put it back together, especially if it's your daily driver. The clips as mentioned are often in need of replacing. You have a new fan and heater core I presume. I hear the foam seals often need to be fabricated out of foam rubber or similar material.

Good luck dude. I know you'll finish it in a timely manner.

It's 65 degrees here in SE PA and will be in the 70's tommorow. I'm contemplating doing my dash removal for the leaking heater core and burned out fan. What is the ballpark estimage for the R&R of these? Is it a 2 day job? If so it will have to wait but if I can get it done in a day I might try.

A film would follow....

Thanks, Bryan
