I just finished installing it in Win 7 Pro using Parallels on my Mac... worked fine. I am also about to install it on Win XP Pro SP3, also using Parallels. I'm avoiding 64 bit, that may be your gotcha with Win 7 (so compatibility mode is a good suggestion from Jack). The ETKA .ISO I have is 7.0 Update 597.
