This is the same link however it shows a procedure for castor. Maybe the castor part was added at a latter date because this is the same link that I bookmarked off the Samba. http://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/viewtopic.php?t=396113&highlight=tie+rods. I hope this helps, paul
