The front and rear wipers operate independantly. To make the rear wiper go, push the stalk foward. It should make it wipe 3 times.

There is tin, which is crucial, on aircooled vanagons (80-83). On the water cooled ones, not really.

No idea on the antenna.

Take used antifreeze to your local autoparts store. They should take it.
