Subject: Planning dash removal/refurb: seeking advice
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

Seeing the great videos on dash removal has encouraged me to proceed with the long delayed refurb of my van's front heater flaps & seals (leaking air & occasionally spewing pieces of rotten foam). When doing this, I could do more & want your expert opinions. 1. heater motor replacement? Motor has squealed since I bought the van almost 5 years ago, but has not gotten much worse. 2. heater core. Original, how to tell if it should be replaced? or just do it? Your advice please Thanks, Mike '87 Westy 145k miles
