Subject:      Planning dash removal/refurb: seeking advice

Seeing the great videos on dash removal has encouraged me to proceed with the
long delayed refurb of my van's front heater flaps & seals (leaking air &
occasionally spewing pieces of rotten foam). When doing this, I could do more &
want your expert opinions.
1. heater motor replacement? Motor has squealed since I bought the van almost 5
years ago, but has not gotten much worse.
2. heater core. Original, how to tell if it should be replaced? or just do it?
