The X terminal isn't a problem -- it's already driving a relay. It's the 50 (starter solenoid which is a highly inductive load and tends to arc in the switch) and especially the 15 (all the ignition-switched loads including the loads switched by the X-contact relay) that take a beating.

The relays are inductive loads as well, but on a very much smaller scale.
