That's true, but getting real prices is the trick. Discount Tire will match a price after shipping has been added in. So I used the Bus Depot website to come up with a price with shipping. The site quoted me $24 for all four tires (and two ball joints) which sounded really good, and given a few dollars difference I prefer to order from Bus Depot. But the next day I got an email saying that the website can't calculate shipping for tires accurately and it would actually be $80 and change, and was that okay? By then I'd crossed buy tires off my to do list, so I replied okay. Mark |
