Back to condensation: one of the reasons for paying more for a more efficient catalytic heater (like the Olympian Wave III that I use) is that you get a LOT less condensation. Or, as others are always reminding me, you could get an outside-vented heater like the Propex and have none at all. The Mr. Buddy isn't the only alternative. Don't ask me how I know what happens when a down bag touches a catalytic for 100th of a second. The upwards convection from the heater will create a blizzard and then the most peaceful indoor snow scene afterwards that can only be removed from the upholstery with a lint roller.
