I'm going to explain this one more time.

This issue is not the thickness of my skin. The issue is that answers to technical questions are going out p-mail only, because some list members don't want to hassle with a handful of truculent list members, who believe that being a foolish burro is okay and fun. When that happens, the good stuff doesn't get into the archives and the archives break down because they become out of date. In other cases, some of the most interesting list members don't post to the list, or leave altogether.

And yes, I have evidence that this happens. And yes, David and Ben are doing a fine job.

What in the world does the thickness of my skin have to do with this? Zip. Raising it is a form of, yes, truculence.
