I've found that Wal-mart is actually better than some of the parts places - Shucks in this case.. The last van I purchased had a "shucks" branded battery and was new, but bad. I tried to return it without a receipt and even thought the manufacture date was a mere 6 months previous, they still wouldn't exchange it. I even talked to the mgr. So I guess Wal-mart's policy is surprisingly good compared to others.
