One thing I have learned from this list is that it is hard to make sure your
point gets across when you are using the written word as opposed to
face-to-face. I beleive the quoted text was meant sarcastically.
Another thing that is required here on the list is a thick skin.  If you
take it too seriously, you will end up offending someone and that is hard to
take back.
I have actually learned to be more patient and thoughtful in other areas of
my life due to the lessons learned by being part of this group.
That being said....there are jerks everywhere.  Get used to it and get used
to using your delete button instead of the reply button.
