my spouse bakes bread, and when we went down to King Arthur Flour in lovely Vermont a while back there was someone with a trailer that was a bread oven... I'm just waiting for my marching orders to install one in the westy! (although, i think a brick lined trailer to tow behind my Vanagon might be a better option).

i am constantly amazed and delighted by the human imagination...
