That's what I have and have been using for five years or better.  I first
saw one in Larry Chase's Roadhaus when he was near the start of The Great
American Road Trip and immediately ordered one and love it.  I do normally
use it on the front of the passenger seat but when I have a passenger it
gets moved to hang on the back of the seat.  This is by far the best I've
ever had or seen.  Also very well built of very rugged material, no sign of
wear anywhere on it yet.  And I also have two of the Duluth Trading tool
rolls, also the perfect solution for taking up minimum space but max utility
when needed.
