If we can ascertain that there is a "being" that is keeping up with backups, I will suck it up and contribute to the wiki. Of course my contributions will be regurgitations of prior advice given from the list but still, it has to get from A to B right? A list of newbie questions that come up over and over could be a jumping off point for a concerted effort to bring the wiki to life. I have found though in my job where I seem to be the knowledge repository (why look it up, just ask him), that some folks feed on interaction and even attention and the passive act of absorbing information from a static web page will never suffice.
