RE: Engine Rebuilders I'll second Jim's comments about North West Connecting Rod. I was there just last week, with a WetWesties member that had taken her '84 w/problem GoWesty engine to Jerry after a botched head job at a shop near Portland. After long discussions with both Jerry (the owner) and one of his 18 years employees, Paul, I'm convinced that their good reputation is earned. I've only run one of their engines but it was perfect from the minute it was installed until I totalled that Westy.
