Hi all This winter that is one of the Mods for the people with Zipper issues as well as screen for us to look at. the issues is the Radius sewing of the zipper itself is a bit tricky, As some one said " why not velcro?" Velcro will not follow the radius of the screen. We or I have been playing around with just making a new screen to zip in as long as the privacy is OK. But I am still messing with it. Also have thought of just making a whole new Flap, screen, Zipper gig all together to just glue in. Sorry sewing on a ladder is a Pain. Latex adhesive is the way to go. I will post to the group if I can come up with something worth making. Just hate to make things that don't work well is all. I am working on some early Vintage style goodies for the early buses right now since I have a 67 bus hanging in my garage to make what i want on it for a bit. Once that leaves I will be rooting around the vanagon for a few ideas I have had over the past summer of camping. C-ya Jonce Sorry for the random email. The shop is swamped with work before the holiday. Jonce
