Yes. This is an almost perfect thing to have for the diesel Vanagon oil filter change - it forms well around the oil cooler and then stays in place while you go about business. The end extends well past the side of the pan. Wipe it clean when done, and roll it up to store away. I like everything about it expect the $25 pricetag.
