That is the Westy P22 layout, sold in 80/81. The full Westy P27 was sold
those years too so there was a choice.

It has a 3 person bench seat that folds into a 2 person bed, since the
closet is behind the longer end of the bench. A smaller kitchen unit
allows room for the 3 person seating.

In other markets that layout was more popular and continued for years.
It sometimes came with a stove installed into that smaller sinktop. The
icebox our P22 version came with also could be replaced with a 3 way
Dometic.
