Don't even think about the silly wrench that Bosch make, with a cutout to slip it past the wire. It just flexes open and goes dunk dunk dunk around the flats. Glad I didn't pay anything like what Bosch thought it was worth.

Heat on the pipe and cold (upside-down can of Dust-Off or similar will get you to -30F) on the sensor may help unstick it. I've had great luck on various fasteners with that, though it uses up several dollars-worth of spray on something good-sized. But if you don't care about saving it, which in your case you don't, take a pipe wrench and haul on it as Ryan says.
