Subject: Bleeding Cooling System
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1

I know this has been brought up alot lately, but I wanted to ask if I could use my ramps and raise the front end to bleed? I have it parked on my inclined driveway, but not sure the grade is steep enough. My niece was keeping it at 2K rpm last nite, and then I dropped the bleed screw and couldn't find it. Found it this morning. When I opened the tank behind license plate, I got a gusher so recapped it and drove it around a little. I then added to the tank and proceeded to bleed, but got some foam and then nothing. Tank is a little above the max mark now. My temp gauge is just about where it always is...just below the LED. Lots o heat from the front and rear heater. Thought I would try it again after a road test tomorrow or something. BTW-Ramps are standard(?) height...about 6 inches. Thanks and Happy Turkey Day.
