Dang -- are you sure? Maybe that's what I'm doing wrong. Funny, the recipe says "Dwarf Battle Bread" but I've never been able to get it to take an edge. I waS thinking it might be the Sakrete. <g>

But seriously, it doesn't have much to begin with -- the yeasty beasties die at ?12%? or so, but I don't think there's enough to taste when it goes in the oven. That doesn't take away from your point, though.
