That links to the road Richard and I came out of Beef Basin on a couple seeks ago. Some wonderful pull out camp spots and I'm sure you'll get very little traffic. You can access it N of Monticello traveling S on 191. 211 is the turn off that takes you on about a 50 mile "loop" that will dump you out on 95 about 20 miles E of Blanding. I went W at that intersection and visited Natural Bridges National Monument, which although your usual state park type campsites, not busy at all and a beautifully scenic area. Sniff around that map link and you'll see what I mean. Probably not the temps you want though. We were lucky and probably got the last of the daytime 60's temps for the rest of this year.

I have 7-10 days before my new apartment is available, and I would appreciate some suggestions on new and different spots where it will be reasonably warm this time of year, and within a day or so drive time from Denver. > > Thanks > Dave
