That's Sabine Schmitz, Queen of the Nurburgring and she's lamenting the
monumental understeer on that motorhome!  Right at the beginning she says "I
must be crazy!"  ;)

She's a damn good driver and had a successful racing career. She's been on
Top Gear a number of times as well.
