Don't worry yourself and try to get some sleep. You're not really alone at all... most of us have been in your shoes in one form or another, and you have denny's internet. And heck I'm still awake and thinking about vanagons ha. The problem isn't going to get worse while you sleep, and you can enjoy one of the great features of the van, if you break down you don't have far to get to bed and rest up to solve it.
