Depends how reliable an answer you want. Everything you've heard here about fuel lines, the bulkhead connector etc. is true and verified -- except the specific connection to specific actual fires. Generally speaking when an engine catches fire you're too busy either fighting it or leaving to worry much about what happened; and afterwards there's likely not a lot left, nor any fire dept interested in putting effort into forensics -- the car burnt, they put out the remains, end of story.
