That's me Mr Lucky... years and years of using the best tires I could afford. Holding air, fitting on the rim is a must, tread was a great thing. Do these tire threads ever end well? I can't recall it happening .... some people have VERY strong opinions on tires for the Vanagon.

We should stop while it's almost civil.
