Thanks to all those who sent in advice on my 'no brake lights' problem.   I took off the lens units and cleaned all the contacts and managed to get my brake and reversing lights working. Two of the bulbs had gone dark, one still worked, the other did not, so now I just have to find where I can get a couple of replacement bulbs. I think I'll try to find ones of slightly higher wattage.   -David ('87 Wolfsburg)
