doors seem to sit around forever waiting for a new home... they're useful... but I've always had to wait years and years to find a new home for a door .. but the innards...window and regulator ..all good parts.

the front springs are just right for 85 Weekenders and Westy's that are too tall in front stock. 85 GL front springs fix that perfectly.

there are two kinds of 85's.. early and late ones. early items... the old style parking brake handle, metal main coolant pipes, stamped lower front suspension arms and early style TPS ..two of them on top of the throttle body

later ones have .. the much better later style parking brake handle.. plastic main coolant pipes cast lower suspension arms and ....only used for the second half of 85 of 1.9 wbxrs... the later type throttle switch that's hidden on the bottom of the throttle body kinda a rare part and good to have when you need one.

it's all good though. I'm still mining parts off an 85 that had the whole interior burn up ....been getting parts off that van for about 8 years. Hate to smunch up a non-rusted and non-crashed 85 or later body,. or any water cooled one for that matter. I usually bring them back to full health.

oh ...here's one .. these are rare .. a decent sliding door inside panel.
