values for resale are compiled by industry round tables... those who sit at these round tables are industry associates who have a stake in the $$ represented there .. these people are called Stakeholders... those who would have a real $$ interest in $$ payouts based on the information in the book are they who sit at the table ... so the only real question is who benefits most from the real $$ values posted in the book ...
