Yep, now its drawing 10-20 mA. With the new switch leg, the main power only is switched, the memory power is constant at 10-20 mA. The surprising thing to me is, that even with the unit Off, even with the faceplate removed (no function whatsoever) that it draws 0.68A. With nothing going on, you would think it would not draw anything except the 10-20 mA.
