Mine WAS a Dual and I wired it with help of Paul and Mark, I think. I never
had a draw on the starting battery(non-westy). I wired mine to the ignition
switch so when I removed the key, the radio turned off. I have never had a
dead battery and my van sits for a week at a time.
BTW-Added a aux battery under the seat and wired the #3 fuse to that battery
and run all accesories off the aux battery with a 1315 SurePower and still
no dead batteries. BTW-ALso needed help on that.
Just trying to help.
