Hi
Are you looking for 1/2" Plastic Tackstrip.
You put it on and staple through it. It is not vinyl but is a soft
plastic of sorts.
We have it at my shop and use it for marine outdoor boat stuff.
Sold either by the foot or yard. I would have to check on cost, You
would need to give me a total length you would want so I can clip it
and ship it to you if it is what your looking for!
