While the subject line in question makes us grownups wince, it should cause no concern in the hearts of the innocent; and since it isn't an acronym that needs explaining there is no particular reason for them to inquire about it. Given the nature of the inquiry it would be difficult to avoid naming the place -- it could be circumlocuted fairly easily in the body but not in the subject; and again given the nature of the inquiry putting the name of the establishment in the subject is a practical necessity.

Allowing it is a judgment call. I saw it, thought about it, decided to allow it; all the while wincing to beat the band. YMMV.
