Hi Todd - Marvel has some penetrating solvent in it, really helps work into stuck shafts to free them; OTOH it has I believe better lubricity than PB Blaster. Once they're free I try to displace it with machine oil as much as possible. Otherwise, spindle oil (for the cognoscenti) and machine oil for the hoi polloi. I'm rather fond of Supco MO98.
