RE: Headlights Upgrade Virtually all the options have already been discussed in this thread but I'll make these comment. I added a relay kit and then went to the European headlights on my '90. And then upgraded to higher wattage bulbs (and beefed up the fuses). And I'm very happy with that solution. Just one warning: Make sure you have a full set of NEW adjusters (some now NLA but third party replacements are appearing) BEFORE you go to put in the new headlights!! Some have reported that they were able to reuse the original adjusters (must be some magic involved) but I was unable to save them so the fact that I had a full set on hand saved the day.
