Don't use anything too harsh to clean the inside of the lens, you don't want to damage the reflector surface. Regular Windex should do the trick pretty well. Here are a couple posts from thesamba:

Most of the time a good cleaning and buffing with a soft terrycloth towel will do the trick for the outside of the lens. If it is really bad, you could try a glass polishing kit:

Hi Jay - what's the recommended procedure to clean the outside/inside of these glass lenses? I've been struggling with that - mine have a milky sheen to them. I can find 3M products to deal with plastic lenses, but I'm not finding anything listed for glass -- especially the inner surface.
