1. In the USA, H4s technically illegal for street use (except
motorcycles) as they aren't SAE approved (yeah its stupid), but if
properly aimed, you shouldn't get into any trouble (I haven't for the
past 25+ years on several VWs)
2. Yes, I would like to see where I am going and/or what I am about to hit :)
