Gary, the real difference that I can see is the placement of the slide lock. On the passenger version it is near the front edge of the window. On the Westy it is more toward the middle of the sliding pane. That is because the Westy version allows for the screen. I wouldn't try to replace just one pane of these as you pretty much have to wreck the frame to get the glass out (unless you have figured out something that I haven't). I would just buy a whole good used sliding window and you should be good. As Chris mentioned, early Vanagon sliding door windows are different than later models and early models had silver frames while later ones have black frames so be sure to talk about all of these things when ordering you replacement.
