Steve, Mine is kind of erratic on the rear hatch lock also. All the other locks on the van work fine. It often takes a lot of wiggling, moving the key a little bit less than all the way in, etc. Once it's in the right place, it turns easily. What is the proper way to clean and lubricate the lock cylinder? Thanks, Edward
