hot wire your fuel pump. grab some nice solid 12 volts ... and connect to the + terminal of your fuel pump. it should run. there should be a small spark when you touch the jumper wire to the pump... if it's dead.. it could be dead all right. tap it lightly with something while energized ....if that makes it run ....then it's a tired fuel pump for sure. you also really should put a test light on the + terminal of the fuel pump.. and see if that lights when you turn on the key. If it does not...the ECU is not supplying ground to the fuel pump relay to energize it , or the fuel pump relay is not getting power. either way ..find out if a good shot of 12 volts makes the pump run, and if the signal is getting to the pump. it's not a hard circuit to sort your way though really. good luck !
