It's especially easy if you don't have to worry about grinding past the threads (I assume you're replacing the shocks, and they may even come with new nuts). Grind as much of a slot as you can in an accessible side, then give a whack to the slot with a cold chisel. That will spread the threads enough to get some penetrating oil in it, and it should turn right off. |
