I need to replace one that is busted! Thanks Dennis -----Original Message----- From: Vanagon Mailing List [mailto:vanagon@gerry.vanagon.com] On Behalf Of Daryl Christensen Sent: Tuesday, January 04, 2011 10:57 PM To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM Subject: Re: Part needed-Selector lever

Might try to remove the roll pin and reverse the "cup, lever, widget" on the shift shaft. Have tightened up a few this way successfully. They are dealer NLA. Try our usual vendors too. Or maybe tig the hole closed and re drill as one of my customers is doing. Daryl of AA Transaxle 425-788-4070 "On the cutting edge of Old technology" 86 Syncro Westy w/Turbo Zetec in the trunk

I need a vanagon shifter part, called the selector lever, part # 251711973. Anybody have one? Will take complete rear shift rod if needed.

Thank you,

Dennis
